Essential Dipped Delights began in 2015 when the owner started making chocolate-covered strawberries as a hobby. What started as a simple passion project quickly grew into a thriving business, thanks to the overwhelming demand for her treats. Balancing two jobs and single parenthood, the owner's dedication and hard work have been the driving force behind the success of Essential Dipped Delights. With the support of her children, she has turned her dream into a reality, providing the community with delicious, handcrafted desserts made with love.
Refund Policy
Essential Dipped Delights is all about customer satisfaction.
We strive to provide our customers with fresh high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Perishable Items
Due to the nature of our products being perishable and made fresh to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on food items once they have been picked up, delivered, or consumed.
In the event that you are not pleased with your order, we will be happy to accommodate you by replacing or refunding your money.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item, missing item, or damaged upon delivery), please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a partial or full refund, store credit, or product replacement at our discretion.
Custom Orders
All custom and catering orders are required to be paid at least 2 days before your scheduled pickup date.
Payments are non-refundable once production has begun. If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show or Late Pickup
Orders not picked up during the agreed date will be held for 24 hours. After that, we are unable to guarantee freshness and no re-makes or refunds will be issued.
